JoyProxy accepts TRON USDT (TRC20) as a top-up method for your account balance. It is fast, works from any TRON wallet or exchange, and JoyProxy charges no deposit fee. This guide walks through the exact flow—getting a deposit address, sending the transfer, and claiming the credit.
The rules in one paragraph
1 USDT = $1. The minimum deposit is 1 USDT, and you pick whole-dollar amounts in the Payment Hub. Any extra cents you send are still credited 1:1. Crypto top-ups earn the same bonus tiers as every other payment channel. Only official USDT on the TRON network is accepted—see the safety notes below.
Before you start
- A TRON wallet holding USDT-TRC20. TronLink is recommended, but any TRON wallet or an exchange withdrawal to the TRON network works.
- A small amount of TRX in your wallet to cover the network fee (you pay the TRON network, not JoyProxy).
- You must be signed in to your JoyProxy account.
Step by step
- Open the Payment Hub and choose USDT (TRC20). The first time you select it, JoyProxy generates a deposit address that is uniquely and permanently yours.
- Copy the address or scan the QR code. Send official TRC20 USDT to it from TronLink, another TRON wallet, or an exchange withdrawal set to the TRON (TRC20) network.
- Keep the Hub open. After about 8 seconds you can click “I’ve paid.” JoyProxy then watches the chain for roughly 5 minutes and credits your balance automatically once the transfer confirms.
- If you closed the window, go to My Account and claim the deposit there. (The claim card only appears once you already have a USDT deposit address.)
Send only official TRON USDT
Your deposit address accepts official Tether USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network only. Reputable wallets and exchanges label this token as “USDT” with the network shown as TRON / TRC20—select that network when you withdraw.
Do not send USDT on other chains (ERC20 on Ethereum, BEP20 on BNB Chain, etc.) or any non-official/“fake” token. Funds sent on the wrong network or via an unsupported token will not be credited and are generally unrecoverable.
Fees, timing, and amounts
- Deposit fee: none from JoyProxy. You only pay the standard TRON network fee (a small amount of TRX) from your own wallet.
- Timing: most transfers confirm on-chain within a couple of minutes; the Hub polls for about 5 minutes.
- Amounts: minimum 1 USDT; whole-dollar values are selectable, and surplus cents are credited at 1:1.
Troubleshooting
- Balance not updated? Confirm the transfer shows as successful on a TRON explorer, then open My Account and use the claim card.
- Sent on the wrong network? ERC20/BEP20 transfers never reach the TRON address and cannot be auto-credited—always double-check the network before withdrawing from an exchange.
- Using an old address? If your USDT address mapping was reset or reissued, only your current address counts. Deposits to a previous address are not credited automatically.
Once your balance is topped up, you can buy any JoyProxy line—see pricing.html for current tiers, or plan usage first with our traffic estimation worksheet.
