1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JoyProxy services (collectively referred to as "JoyProxy", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply to JoyProxy Proxy IP, AI, and Software services.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service or any of our products.

2. Service Description

JoyProxy provides the following services:

• Proxy IP Services: Short-term, long-term, and custom proxy IPs from 180+ countries worldwide
• AI Services: OpenClaw Skill, AI MCP integration, and 24/7 AI Customer Service
• Software: Open-source Proxy Server (joyproxy-server) for Linux and Android Client for mobile proxy routing

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

3.2 Account Security

You must keep your account information confidential and not share your login credentials with third parties. JoyProxy is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Proxy IP Services

4.1 Service Types

Short-term Proxy IP:

• IPs rotate automatically every 30 seconds to 3 minutes
• Billed by traffic (GB)
• Perfect for web scraping, data collection, and automation
• Traffic packages valid for 1 year from purchase date

Long-term Proxy IP:

• Dedicated fixed IP addresses
• Billed daily, monthly, or annually
• Ideal for account management and e-commerce
• 99.9% uptime guarantee

4.2 IP Whitelist

For security purposes, you must authorize IP addresses before extracting proxy IPs. Each account can add up to 10 IP addresses to the whitelist.

4.3 Fair Usage

Proxy IP services must be used responsibly. Excessive requests or abuse may result in temporary suspension or termination of service.

5. AI Services

5.1 Service Description

JoyProxy provides AI services including:

• OpenClaw Skill: Natural-language proxy extraction for OpenClaw
• AI MCP: MCP server tools for Cursor, VS Code, Claude Desktop, and compatible clients
• AI Customer Service: 24/7 intelligent support for product, billing, and technical inquiries

5.2 AI Access Token

AI integrations require an AI Access Token issued in your account. You are responsible for keeping this token confidential and revoking it if compromised.

5.3 Free Service

AI Customer Service and AI integration tools are currently provided at no additional charge. JoyProxy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any AI feature with reasonable notice.

5.4 Limitations

AI responses and tool outputs are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Always verify critical information (pricing, credentials, legal compliance) through official JoyProxy channels before acting on AI-generated content.

6. Software Services (Open Source)

6.1 Overview

JoyProxy publishes open-source client and server software on GitHub. The software is provided free of charge for download and self-hosted use, subject to the open-source license in each repository and these Terms.

6.2 Products

Proxy Server (joyproxy-server):

• High-performance HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy gateway for Linux
• Multiple startup modes with optional external authentication and traffic reporting APIs
• Prebuilt binaries available from official GitHub Releases
• Source code: github.com/joyproxy/joyproxy-server

Android Client:

• HTTP/SOCKS5 proxy client for Android with global, whitelist, or blacklist per-app routing
• No root required; uses system VPN-based routing
• Signed APK available from official GitHub Releases only
• Source code: github.com/joyproxy/joyproxy-client-android

6.3 Open-Source License

Each software product is distributed under the license stated in its GitHub repository. Your use, modification, and redistribution of the source code are governed by that license in addition to these Terms. JoyProxy does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property beyond what the applicable open-source license grants.

6.4 Self-Hosted Deployment

If you deploy joyproxy-server on your own servers or infrastructure, you are solely responsible for:

• Server security, patching, and network configuration
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Upstream proxy credentials and traffic usage you configure
• Any data processed or relayed through your deployment

JoyProxy is not liable for outages, misconfiguration, or security incidents arising from self-hosted installations.

6.5 Android Client Use

• Install only from official JoyProxy GitHub Releases or links published on joyproxy.com
• Compatibility with third-party apps and devices is not guaranteed
• You must comply with Google Play policies and local regulations when sideloading or distributing the APK
• Optional in-app purchases or subscriptions, if offered, are billed separately and are non-refundable except as stated in Section 8

6.6 Use with Proxy IP Services

JoyProxy Software may be used with JoyProxy Proxy IP endpoints or with third-party proxy providers. Proxy IP subscriptions, traffic limits, and acceptable use rules in Sections 4 and 9 apply whenever you connect the software to JoyProxy proxy resources.

6.7 Disclaimer

Open-source software is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent required by applicable law or the underlying open-source license. JoyProxy does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted on every platform or configuration.

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfers (for enterprise plans)

7.2 Billing Terms

• All fees are billed in advance
• Traffic packages are valid for 1 year from purchase date
• Dedicated IP plans are billed based on selected duration
• Optional software in-app purchases or subscriptions, if offered, are billed per the pricing shown at purchase time

7.3 Price Changes

JoyProxy reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at the original price until renewal.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Refund Conditions

• Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Service must not have been abused or violated
• For traffic packages, refund is based on unused traffic
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

8.2 Non-Refundable Items

• Traffic that has already been consumed
• Services violated acceptable use policy
• Accounts terminated for terms violation
• Open-source software downloads (free); optional in-app software purchases follow the same refund window only where required by applicable store or payment policy

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use JoyProxy services for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Transmitting spam, malware, or harmful code
• Attacking or attempting to access systems without authorization
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Harassment, threats, or harmful activities
• Violating privacy rights of others

10. Service Limitations

10.1 Uptime Guarantee

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, JoyProxy does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10.2 Service Modifications

JoyProxy reserves the right to:

• Suspend service for maintenance
• Terminate accounts violating these terms
• Modify service features with notice
• Discontinue services that are no longer viable

10.3 Third-Party Services

JoyProxy services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., PayPal for payments, GitHub for software distribution). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party services.

11. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Key points:

• We do NOT sell your personal information
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• You have the right to access and delete your data
• We comply with applicable data protection laws

12. Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Statements or conduct of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service interface.
