Is the PAC file uploaded?
No. FindProxyForURL runs in this tab. The file and the addresses you paste never leave the browser.

FAQ
About this PAC tester
Chrome vs Firefox?
The two browsers canonicalize the URL they pass into PAC differently. Switch the control to see each result, including path handling.
What about DNS?
dnsResolve and isInNet use the host-to-address map you paste. Sample values cover the example PAC; replace them with your own.
