Auto-renew

Custom Proxies ports run on duration plans (daily / weekly / monthly / annual). To keep a port from being reclaimed and released to someone else when it expires unpaid, turn on Auto-renew for important port orders.

Enable and manage

1. Log in to the JoyProxy console and open My Proxies.
2. Find the Custom Proxies order card or list row.
3. Turn the Auto-renew switch on.
4. After it is on, about 24 hours before expiry JoyProxy deducts the next cycle from your Account Balance and extends the port’s validity.

Notes

1. Keep enough balance: Your Account Balance must cover the renewal amount. If the charge fails, Auto-renew does not run and you receive an email.
2. Expiry and reclaim: If the order expires without a successful renewal, the port is frozen and then reclaimed after a grace period. Dedicated settings and historical IPs on that port cannot be recovered after reclaim.
3. Turn it off anytime: You can turn Auto-renew off at any time. The period you already paid for is unaffected; nothing is charged after expiry.
