Payments and invoices
Every Web Scraping API credit-pack purchase is listed in the console, and you can download an official invoice immediately.
How to download
- Log in to the JoyProxy console and open Invoices.
- Find the credit-pack order in the list.
- Click PDF on the right of the row.
- The console downloads an official PDF receipt.
Company invoices
If you need a commercial invoice with your company name, open Live Chat in the lower-right corner of the console and send the billing details to support.
