Payments and invoices ​

The JoyProxy console lists full transaction history and lets you download official PDF invoices / receipts.

1. View payment history ​

  1. Log in and open Invoices in the left menu.
  2. In the list you can inspect each transaction:
    • Order ID
    • Type: Purchase, Recharge, Renew, and others.
    • Amount and channel: USD amount and method (Credit Card, PayPal, WeChat Pay, USDT, and others).
    • Time and status.

2. Download receipts and invoices ​

  • Download a PDF receipt: on Invoices, find a completed payment and click PDF on the right to download an official stamped PDF receipt.
  • Request a company invoice: to get an invoice with a company name, contact Live Chat with the billing name and tax ID. Support will issue it and send it to the email you specify.
