Auto-renew

To keep a static dedicated line from being reclaimed when it expires unpaid, turn on Auto-renew for important orders.

Enable and manage

1. Open My Proxies.
2. Find the Static Proxies order card.
3. Turn on the Auto-renew switch.
4. After it is on, JoyProxy charges your Account Balance before expiry and extends the matching plan duration.

Notes

• Keep enough Account Balance. If the balance is too low at renewal time, Auto-renew fails and an unpaid expired line is reclaimed.
• You can turn Auto-renew off at any time. Turning it off does not affect the period you already paid for.
