Log In
The JoyProxy console is where you manage proxy inventory, API keys, and Invoices.
Sign-in methods
1. Email and password
Enter the email and password from Sign Up, then click Sign In. If you forgot the password, click Forgot password? under the password field and reset it by email. See Forgot password.
2. Google / GitHub
If you created the account with OAuth, or you want to skip typing a password, click Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub below the divider. After the browser authorization, you enter the console.
Common issues
Account not activated
If email sign-in reports that the account is not activated, you have not opened the confirmation link yet. On the Log In page, click Resend activation email, then open the message in your inbox (and spam). Details: Email activation.
Forgot password
Click Forgot password? under the form, enter the registered email, and follow the reset link in the official message. After you set a new password, Log In again.
Daily security
- Idle sign-out time: On shared networks, coworking desks, or public devices, open My Account → Security & API and shorten Idle sign-out time (for example 1 hour or 3 hours).
- Protect tokens: Automation tokens can extract proxies or place paid orders. Do not paste them into public chats, Tickets, or unencrypted repos.
- Sign out on shared devices: When you finish on someone else’s computer, click Logout at the bottom of the left sidebar to clear the browser session.
