View payments and download invoices

Every Custom Proxies purchase and renewal is recorded, and you can download an official electronic invoice immediately.

Steps

1. Log in to the JoyProxy console and open Invoices.
2. Filter the ledger by date and type (purchase, renewal, recharge).
3. Click PDF on a row.
4. The official invoice PDF is generated for you to save or print.

Company-name invoices

If you need a formal invoice with company name, tax ID, and address:

• Open Live Chat in the bottom-right corner, send the order ID and billing details, and billing support will issue it.
