Purchase ports

Custom Proxies are billed by dedicated port count and plan duration. One order can include up to 200 ports. For the plan period, every port is 100% yours.

Purchase flow

1. Log in to the JoyProxy console and open Purchase Proxies.
2. Choose a network tab:
   • Residential
   • Business / ISP
   • Datacenter
3. In product mode, select Custom Dedicated Residential Proxies (or Custom Dedicated Business Proxies / Custom Dedicated Datacenter Proxies for those networks).
4. Choose a validity plan:
   • Daily Plan
   • Weekly Plan
   • Monthly Plan
   • Quarterly Plan
   • Annual Plan (highest discount)
5. Set Number of ports (this order):
   • Enter how many ports you need (for example 10).
   • One order supports up to 200 ports. Price formula: order total = per-port plan price × number of ports.
6. Configure Pre-assign port locations (optional):
   • If you already know some countries, allocate port counts per country at the bottom of the page.
   • Ports you do not pin at checkout stay Assign after purchase. After payment, you can Assign region and change geo anytime on My Proxies.
7. Choose a payment method and submit:
   • Balance (recommended — deducted instantly and the ports go live)
   • PayPal
   • Credit Card
   • Apple Pay / Google Pay
   • WeChat Pay
   • UPI
   • USDT (TRC20)
8. After payment succeeds, the ports are created and appear in your console.

Volume discounts

When a single order reaches 50+ or 100+ ports, volume discounts apply automatically. The checkout preview shows the price breakdown as you type.
